1. Digital Product Nature All our products are digital PDF files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Cases We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive the PDF via email within 24 hours.
• You received a corrupted or unreadable file.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
• You already downloaded or accessed the PDF.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after accessing the material.

4. How to Request a Refund If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with the following details:

• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Process
